Flowers on September 4th. Blooms are 6 to 8 inches (15 to 20 cm) from base of flower at stem to tip of spathe. They have a rather unusual but pleasant fragrance.

This was in August, it was planted in March - first year in the ground. Grows very quickly and has huge leaves. The seed photo I've also uploaded are from this plant.

Spath seed pod, harvested in September. Each pod contains "seed pouches" with dozens of seeds inside, each about the size of a tomato seed.

Gigantea harvested as seeds on September 26. Each seed is about the size of a tomato seed. It's now Nov. 22.
