Chinese Pear, Japanese Pear, Asian Pear, Sand Pear, Nashi Fruit (Pyrus pyrifolia)

When we bought our house, this tree was in bloom. My partner's dad said PEAR blossoms.

When the fruit appeared, we thought it was apples. Turned out to be Asian Pear. Excellent, too.
