I love new guinea impatiens - we always have a few in a pot that we can see from the shower. On the other hand I gave some to my mother and they never flowered at all for her.

This cultivar is named Orange Crush. it looks more reddish pink to me. growing in deep shade along with other shade lovers. z9b Ca.

New Guineas I grew on my deck which is partial shade, except in the afternoon when it gets hot late afternoon sun.

On front porch, does not like direct sunlight, requires daily watering .... if I forget to water the leaves droop terribly but rebound quickly after watering.
