A view of the Oxblood Lily, Schoolhouse Lily (Rhodophiala bifida) bloom glowing in late afternoon sun in early September ... It and the sulphur cosmos (in the backgroubnd) make great campanion plants.

Full, lush foliage in Jan 2012. Have had this patch since 2005, I don't find it as vigorous as some rain lilies, but it is multiplying. Richmond, z9a.
