I have grown this for years believing it to be hybrid. Thanks to DG members Palm Bob and Franj, the name was tracked down. Grows well and freely in all soils in CA. good graft stem.

Planted mine a while ago, and not much sign of growth, until this little 'bud' formed on top... maybe two new columns? Southern California
