This is one of my favorite sunflowers. Unfortunately, it also doesn't seem to enjoy branching out as much as others, leaving me with one really nice flower and a bunch of smaller short-stemmed flowers.
Sadly, this means it doesn't work well to grow for cut flowers unless you take the first flower. That being said, the flower is long-lived in the garden and is truly beautiful. I would strongly recommend growing this if you enjoy the pictures of the flower, as they are really amazing.
