I just found another at a plant nursery. Very excited.
Wanted to let all know that the yellow fruit tastes like a not so sour lemon. Really like a lemon. Even yellow at harvest.
The fruit will fall to the ground & can be picked up days later.
Love this tree.

Heavy cropping of kumquat shaped fruit throughout the year. Your glass will never be short of a garnish.
Yes, I killed my 5ft high Eustis trying to transplant it. Once established they are robust- mine thrived on neglect for 4 years as a 'snowbird' gardener - but transplanting them can be a crap shoot.
More difficult to find than might be expected (I live within 50 miles of Lakeland, Eustis and Tavares - but am struggling to find a replacement limequat - it seems I will be better off seeking a seller near Tampa).

Grown in California on a small commercial scale. Relatively easy to grow, hardly shrubby tree resistant to withertip. Fruits all year round, but mostly in fall and early winter.
