Echinopsis

Flowers range from red-pink-creamy white.
The subspecies 'tarijensis' usually has 15 ribs and 3-4 central spines.
Subspecie...Read Mores ''herzogiana' typically has 1 central spine and about 21 acute ribs.
Subspecies 'totorensis' has 21 ribs (not as acute) and 3-4 central spines.
The areoles have a thick grayish felt and about 50 radial spines a couple inches long giving it a hairy appearance.
