Just strip off the stringy backbone of the pod and enjoy. I expect they'd cook well too but we've been enjoying them as a raw vegetable.

Grew them as an early crop and a second sowing at about end-of-June looks very promising--which is unusual for peas in our hot, continental summer.

A tall processing cultivar from Seminis. Resistant to fusarium and powdery mildew. Introduced in 1992.
