The peppers are small, up to about 1.25 inches in length. They are hot, unexpectedly so. I think they will make good southern ‘pepper sauce’, which is hot vinegar poured over peppers. I thought the deer would not bother them, but they do browse the upper leaves and stems.

A 3/4 inch oval puple to red pepper. The plant is variagated white, purple, lavender and green.
