I have lost more than half of the plants that I put in. They are all in the same area and receive the same care. Only two of 5 years have they reached the 15 feet I need to cover my fence; other years they only grew to 6 feet. I am going to allow these to die off and will plant a different vine alongside them in order to cover the fence as intended.
