Tall Meadow-Rue is a pretty and delicate native perennial that I see growing wild along woodland edges near watercourses or in moist or wet meadows occasionally in southeast Pennsylvania. It blooms in very late June and July. It is native from eastern Canada to Indiana and down to northern Georgia. Grown and offered by some native nurseries along with the Purple and Early Meadow-Rues. I encourage planting American native plants in America because they work out with better ecological benefit for beneficial wildlife.
