They will set more fruit than they can grow to maturity, so plan on pinching off some of the blossoms. We let ours ripen to red on the bush, but if you pick them green, they will ripen indoors. The ripe peppers are sweet with a distinctive taste. We get a high germination rate with a heated germination tray, and have had no problems transplanting seedlings.
