This is a big shrub, growing 6-8' tall and as wide. Here in Z6a, it is tardily deciduous.
This is a great plant for cutting and forcing for fragrant winter arrangements.

This is a hybrid between the fragrant winter honeysuckle L. fragrantissima and the very similar L. standishii. It's been said to be more floriferous than either. I observe that the internodes are shorter than with L. standishii, which means there are more flowers. I find the plants at the Arnold Arboretum to be indistinguishable from L. fragrantissima, but I'm not a botanist.
BONAP has only one report of a naturalized plant in N. America. This is not one of the invasive shrub honeysuckles that have done so much damage to wild areas in N. America.
