Never lost a plant and they were heavy producers until killed out by the frost in the fall. Cannot give true sizes because the older gentleman who shares my garden would pick them when they were about 3", therefore, in order to get any myself, I had to pick when they were at the same size. They were flawless and had a wonderful flavor. We ate them raw, in salads, stuffed and froze a lot. Will be planting them again this year. We are in central Indiana.
