Fruiting starts a bit later than smaller annuums and frutescens and much earlier than baccatum / pubescens / chinense.

The plant is not huge, but healthy. My son absolutely loves Biker Billy and eats them raw - I don't recommend this, however. The flavor is great and is a prime ingredient in our salsa. I will grow this cultivar as long as I garden.

T...Read Morehe plants were vigorous and very productive, and I suspect productivity may have been better yet if we had picked more green ones. I'm not starting any this year because I still have 4 pints of minced ones from last year, plus BB hot sauce! (I mince them in the food processor, add vinegar, and store in the fridge.)
