This is a great rose. Although it is not as hardy as some other hybrid teas, it does get through ugly NE Wisconsin winters if buried in ...Read Moreground. I have two of them, and I get them both through each winter. It grows very vigorously, and produces a fine, attractive bush, not "leggy" like some hybrid teas. Because of its bush form, it throws a lot of blooms at once -- typically five or six. The stems are long and the flowers large. The blooms are classically formed for a hybrid tea. I love to use it as a cut flower.
It is an even more attractive rose in the fall than in the summer. In the heat of summer the blooms are more pale and do not last nearly as long as when it is cool. In September and October the color is a darker, richer salmon color than in the summer, and I believe the fragrance is better then also. Of course, the blooms last much longer in the cooler fall weather.
If the color was as rich in the summer as it is in the fall, I would rate this rose as one of my very favorites. But even in the summer, it is a fine rose. I give it a strong thumbs up.

Survived for 10 years without significant problems in part shade, no fertilization, poor drainage. Has since been moved to a better location!
Very nice overall...disease resistant, dark green foliage sets off the salmon/pink fragrant blooms to perfection! Really pretty!!
