BUT.....The p...Read Morelants get approx 4 1/2 hours of morning sun and then filtered sun in the late afternoon. Last fall the promised bright leaf colors never materialized.Nothing... Nada... Zip.. And I am especially disappointed in that the tag plus other sources said that the plant would rebloom if promptly deadheaded. So I promptly deadheaded and even gave a couple of weekly spashes of Bloom-Booster. Nothing... not a single reblooming flower appeared, despite the seemingly adequate sun and moisture and nice topsoil I have. As my yard is small and space is at a premium, I require my plants to do more than provide flowers for a few short weeks. So, I am planning to uproot most of the 6 and add them to the compost heap. Should anyone near Fayetteville, Ark, wish to have the discards, I would be happy to pass them on to U, of course without charge. Perhaps they would be happier with someone else.

The tag says full sun, but I planted at the edge of the lawn, behind two dogwoods. A little judicious pruning at planting last fall, and this spring, and - voila - blooming like crazy above their blue-green leaves. Tag says 3-4 ft X 3-4 ft. Love 'em!
