The inflorescence is very curious. It is a green, leaf-shaped stucture coming from the base of the pseudobulbs, bearing the flowers on both sides. The flowers open all at the same time, and stay on the same upright position. They are very, very small, 0,5 centimeters around. They have a yellow, erect dorsal sepal and broad lateral sepals, curved to the front, dark red near the center. The lateral petals are narrow and yellow, and the lip is dark red and curved downwards.
I´ve been growing this plant in shade, planted on a plate of tree fern fiber, with regular humidity and moisture. I portect it from wind. It´s been with me for 4 or 5 years, I don´t remember, and has bloomed the first time last year. I never fertilized it, but it keeps growing. Quite a jewel for micro orchid lovers.
