It stated to loose leaves at the end of this summer, and I stopped that by giving it some fertiliser. Then it started to grow flowers on the trunk and branches, I sprayed for spider mites, and unfortunately, the flower buds fell off (that may not have anything to do with the spray - I can’t say for sure). Whilst I wanted to smell the flowers first hand, it’s crowding out my balcony, so I’ll probably cut it down. Maybe someone else can give it a try and verify the scent.
After searching the web, the issue may have related to the soil not being wet enough - apparently it likes very moist soil.
