Tall Syagrus (the tallest I think- 80'?) from South America (as all Syagrus but one are). Fast grower. Mine in THousand Oaks (zone 9b) did great (haven't seen it in a few years) but it did get badly frosted one year by unusually cold winds... but with protection this palm should do well in zone 9b. Best in the tropics though.
