The small flowers have a very nice fragrance -- watch out for the small thorns which are quite sharp though! Energy-wise the spiny tree removes energies of guilt and the related fear and sadness. In the energy field we see that the thorns spike the human aura allowing the guilt energies to come out and the shrub replaces these with the energies of forgiveness and peace. I have these planted along a path on the southern side of my country home and anyone walking past gets the automatic healing benefit.
