It has a compact herbaceous stem, with a few large, round, deep green leaves with lots or silver spots and marks on it. Most of the leaf surface is silver, actually. The spiral floral spike comes in the middle of the plant, bearing very small cream flowers.
It can be cultivated in moderate temperatures, with high humidity and moisture, well drained, rich organic soil, and partial to full shade. An orchid that is most interesting when it´s not blooming.
