Planted in ground late June. Only 5 of 8 seeds germiniated originally. It is 7' or so. First blooms mid-Aug. Everyday since, there's a dozen or more lavender blooms, though the vine is very very thin. Some bloom at ground, some over the wall. SO beautiful. LARGE 6" blooms but oh-so-fragile...to touch, to wind, to rain. Luckily more come each day. Love the lilac color.

It is in morning and evening shade and has full sun midday. Bloomed from bottom to top with seed pods begining to form about mid way up the vine. The bottom blooms did not produce seed pods.
Blooms are very likely to tear, due to wind or rain as they are thin and quite large.
Color on this flower seems to be completely pale lavender from throat to tip with a very slight color change in the throat but hardley noticeable. On most blooms I notice no color variation at all.
