Though the photos don't show this, the flower color is more accurately described as coral---a pink with orange tints.
This performs well as a shrub as well as a short climber. It is not a bush.
In Providence, RI, I find this rose is less generous with its rebloom than many recurrent roses.
Like most roses, this is adaptable to a wide range of soil pH, from 5.5 to 7.5.
"Seminole Wind" is the US trade name. "Rosarium Uetersen®" (note spelling) is the German trade name. The cultivar name is 'KORtersen'.
