It grows up to 25 meters, has composite, shiny leaves. Flowers are small, white, reunited in panicles. Their sweet smell atracts bees. It produces lots of yellow fruits, with a juicy pulp and a big seed in the middle, ressembling a Mango, which is of the same family.
These yellow fruits are very popular in the Amazonic region, being sold on street fairs in natura, as juices, candies, drinks or ice creams, being delicious in every way.
This tree needs constant moisture, well drained organic soil, full sun and high temperatures.
