It has small yellow, tipped with dark red, sharp teeth along the leaves. The leaves are nearly tubular in some plants, and flattened in others. Spotting is not consistent, but some have a few spots on the top side of the leaves. It is a slow aloe to grow and sucker (in fact, not sure if it does sucker- haven't seen one do that yet). Flowers are orangish. Very drought tolerant species.
