Make sure to pick them when they're between 1-3 inches across -- they will get much larger but have no flavor.

Approx 3-4" across when ripe. 50 days to maturity. Plants are compact. Fruit is best when harvested at a young stage.

This is a light green hybrid version of the White Bush scallop. Similar growth and yield to Sunburst.
