Dactylorhiza species often interbreed where colonies are close so you sometimes find one with purple mottled leaves. It can be quite hard to tell the pure species apart let alone these hyrids!
As with other orchids, these are often protected in the wild and aren't easy from seed. Best to buy from a reputable grower (if your soil has the fungi the support their growth) or just enjoy in their natural habitat.
