It seems to be quite vigorous and is so beautiful in bloom that I planted a second ... where I could sit and gaze at it.
It bloomed very well in its third year at as tall as 3 feet.
It does blackspot in the summer, so I would either spray or use Bayer's drench as a preventative.

Also, mine are attacked by Japanese Beetles. I am impressed that I have any bloom to look at even. The bugs seem to congregate on a specific bud and then leave maybe one alone to blossom. Thanks Bugs!

Lovely light pink, fragrant rose. Hardy in an unprotected Zone 5 location, it gets about 4 feet tall here. Reblooms well.
