I planted three in the ground, facing south in a windy, exposed area. I gave the other two to a neighbour. The flowers are big and beautiful, and the plants are pretty easy to care for. The stalks are sturdy and they can withstand strong winds with ease. However, their flowering cycle ends earlier than most other annuals and once it's done, the whole plant rapidly declines. Still, I will definitely include these in future gardening plans.
