stems. I gave a piece to a 10 year old neighbor and he's having great luck with it placed in a northern exposure location. Bought as a rhizome for about 2 or 3 dollars at Home Depot 6 to 8 years ago, it's one of the most reliable plants in my yard for one heck of a bargain price. It's now 18 fans, not including what went to the neighbors.
Very nice white iris and a vigorous grower. This is a reliable bloomer- and has stood the test of time.
