I transferred it to a 12 in. container outdoors and wintered it in the garage, bringing it back out each spring. For the next year and a half it did nothing but produce large dark green leaves-- NO BLOOMS:( In February of 2018 I moved it in its container, to a bed under a magnolia. To my shock, not only did it bloom this year, but the blooms began chartreuse with dark pink boarders and then evolved to a solid dark pink. i wasn't fond of the purplish color, but absolutely love the dark pink it has evolved to. It is still in the pot, and is currently about 18 inches tall and wide. Is it common for the color to revert?
