I’ve planted 4 more recently, of course the instructions say full sun, and I know better in Texas, but even in part sun these 4 seem to be flagging in the sun, until the aft. Shade reaches them!....and it’s not high summer yet! What’s going on?? Are they just adapting? Or what? I’m thinking of moving all 4 inTo total high shade?? Help!

The plant itself is a bit lanky and sprawling. And I think the foliage stinks. But the blooms are numerous and attractive and for this area it is the ultimate hummingbird plant which is just enough to move it to positive territory for me.
