"In 1976 Longwood began breeding Clivia and in 2012 ‘Longwood Fireworks’ was named and released! It boasts a burst of yellow flowers above the foliage. The petals of the florets are reflexed & curve backward and form a fully-rounded 9-inch umbel. It makes a most impressive floral display! Clivia 'Longwood Fireworks' won multiple awards at Clivia shows in 2010 and 2011 as an unnamed seedling.....it's no wonder it became our second named introduction!"
