I'm a little skeptical that this cultivar is as dwarf as is claimed.
Like all panicle hydrangeas, this does well in full sun but will take light shade. Tough, winter hardy, exceptionally long-blooming, and drought-tolerant once established. Late to leaf out in spring. Blooms on new wood.
This cultivar is proven in Europe but it's still two years from US release.
