Flowers ...Read Moreare over 6" across and very fragrant (developed after the 3rd day and has continued to strengthen). While the substance is a little thinner than the modern white hybrids, such as Burdekin Wonder, they have a delicacy which surpasses most newer hybrids, in my opinion. Possibly the most beautiful Cattleya flowers I've ever seen. The throat is a true yellow. Plant habit has been relatively compact and was more temperature tolerant than adjacent Cattleya plants when the thermometer dropped into the low 50s.
