It is tolerant of hard long freezes in the lower 20s. Only the leaves froze back on mine leaving the main body intact. Does not seem to pup/sucker readily but so far on mine the suckers I do get never come out solid green. The variegation is nice but don't expect it to look as good as ' Florida ' or ' Ae Ae '. Only in theory since I only ever grew this one variegated form I suspect it could be more of a stable variegation than the others.
