Ripened really late even though we had a hot summer, harvest started Sept 1 15 days beyond the stated 75 days.. . Taste is OK .. but the kernels really have a tough pedicel (where the kernel attaches to the cob). Cooked in plain water.. put into boiling water.. shut off the heat cover and let sit 3 - 4 minutes.. Will look for another variety for 2020..
