Foliage is gorgeous--almost a black burgundy. Plant is virtually unchanged from 16 months ago when I planted it. Tag says it may be 16" high but it remains 4" high. Next year will try full sun and more water, deeper mulch. Maybe I need to plant a dozen close together? Thanks.
