Plant is very sticky to the touch and covered with thousands of little 'nodules' along the branches tipped with a blob of sticky goo... not sure if this is a repellent or something to make it stick to things... can find nothing about it being a carnivorous plant, but sure seems like a good way to stick insects to itself.
