It was in a gallon pot, and looks full size. It makes a nice mound of about 10-12" tall, with a few flowers extending another 2". This is the size that the tag says it gets to, so I'm quite pleased with that.
It also states that it's only hardy to -20º, Zone 5. I'd suggest protection in colder places. The patent has been applied for, so I would guess that this would not grow true from seed.
