This is not a cultivar of sweet alyssum (Lobularia maritima)---which likes cool weather---but a hybrid with L. canariensis, which is much more heat tolerant.
Flower color is white, not blue. Hardy to Z9a.
It is sterile, and it is propagated vegetatively. Where L. maritima is potentially invasive, as in California, this cultivar would be a non-invasive alternative.
