It gets 18-24" wide in one season, and should be spaced accordingly. The color is a pale lavender/mauve, not pink at all. It is hardy to Z9a.
This is not a cultivar of sweet alyssum (Lobularia maritima)---which likes cool weather---but a hybrid with L. canariensis, which is much more heat tolerant. It is propagated vegetatively, not grown from seed.
CAL-IPC has placed Lobularia maritima on their list of species invasive and destructive of natural habitat in California. The sterile Blushing Princess™ would be a good substitute there.
