I think it's fully grown. It's about 3ft tall at its tallest in the centre and maybe 18" width. It's healthy -- it's somewhat sheltered by the roof of my porch. It's the flowers that are underwhelming. They droop and you can barely see them. One website described the flowers as "delicately tipping in an arching fashion." Yeah, they're drooped and not very attractive. So if you like a small hydrangea with nice healthy green leaves, this is fine. But if you're looking for color from flowers, try something else.
