Through mid July this year I have yet to see any flowers. The foliage looks good, a dark green with maroon tips standing 18" tall. Neutral rating due to no flowers this year and tends to flop after a rain.
Update 5-25-17: Last year the plant looked healthy, as described above, but never did flower. Sadly it didn't come back this spring.

It has not wintered over for me in Boston Z6a, in sandy well-drained soils and full sun.
