It can reach 100' tall in its native forests, but in cultivation is generally 40-60' tall and as wide. I'd space these at 40-60' and not 4-6' as indicated above.

This is the largest of the flowering cassias. Its use as a street tree has largely been replaced by Cassia x nealiae. which drops fewer leaves and has no seedpods.
