Like Cones and Chappies, they're pretty and cheerful little shrubs that are perfect for the small strip near my black walnut tree. I suspect these wild roselike shrubs may have whatever it is that makes species roses tolerant of black walnut juglone, as they're the only roses I've been able to grow successfully near that tree.
