MLLE. JEANNE RIVIERE (Riviere, 1908) - Double - Blush and pale pink - Midseason. Tall. Mild fragrance. Medium size. Guards pale blush-white of translucent texture; center low, rounded and compact, of many narrow incurved petals which are wider in extreme center, pale pink near the guards shading through cream and canary to pure lemon-yellow; very floriferous; strong, erect stems. Good foliage. The mixture of pale pink and lemon-yellow in the center is distinctive and most attractive. Excellent for cut-flower work and especially so for garden decoration.
