To grow well Auriculas need light, cool, airy conditions. They dislike being in the full sun. They also dislike wet conditions.
Water spots will ruin the appearance of the Auriculas that have floury textures foliage.
Auriculas will withstand cold conditions and can be overwintered in a cold greenhouse. Water them only occasionally during Winter to stop them drying out completely.
Happy Auriculas will increase by sending out side growth. You can leave these until they form roots before removing from the parent plant. Alternatively, remove them and dip in rooting compound before potting them up.
With care and a little 'know how' it is quite easy to increase these beautiful plants.
